By using Bookworm you agree not to abuse the service, whether by intentionally using up too much server resources, trying to find and/or exploit weaknesses in the search engine's code, or by other means. Furthermore, you agree not to misrepresent any data returned by Bookworm as coming from another source.

No Warranty

Bookworm is provided "as is", there is no warranty for it to perform any particular service. Any damage arising from you relying on Bookworm's search results is your own fault.

Copyright

The indexes as printed in the books are copyrighted by the respective book's author. However, I claim that Bookworm's index data is not a copy of the original indexes, but rather an independent work derived from them. Consequently, they are not copyrighted by the book author, but by whoever created the data. If anybody happens to disagree with this point of view, I'd be glad if they contacted me before suing me straight away...
